Roy Hodge is CEO of REH Systems Solutions, an Information Technology consulting company, founded in 2006, and is headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.
He leads a team of innovative, results-driven professionals to solve complex business problems for non-profit organizations, K-12, corporations, and federal government agencies.
REH Systems Solutions is a Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider, Amazon Web Services Consulting Partner, and Google Cloud Partner. The company specializes in Enterprise IT Consulting, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, and IT Managed Services.
Roy is a former corporate executive and has performed in various roles throughout his career including Manager of Database Services with a county government agency, Systems Engineering Manager with a national IT consulting firm servicing fortune 500 clients, and Regional Manager Business Partner Sales with a global provider of wireless voice, messaging, and data services.

Jay Black is the founder and President of JCSP LLC (2005), a business consulting firm specializing in business development, governmental affairs, capital acquisition and business advisory services.  This includes developing business in the government and public arenas, arranging financing through traditional and non-traditional sources for businesses that need financial capital.  Advisory services include implementing turnaround strategies and monitoring all aspects of business operations to reduce cost and gain greater efficiencies, and assisting Clients in developing and implementing their supplier diversity initiatives.

He has had a 23-year career in banking with significant management level positions at First National Bank of Toledo (now Fifth Third) and National City Corporation (now PNC), and is a former City of Toledo Chief of Staff.

Jay has strong leadership, sales management and team building skills and an extensive knowledge in navigating through public sector/governmental mazes to achieve business development objectives.  He is also an experienced supplier diversity professional

He holds a Business Administration Degree in Marketing and Management as well as an Executive MBA Degree in those same areas from The University of Toledo.  Jay also holds a Management II Education Program Degree from The University of Michigan School of Business.


Arthur S Jones Jr. a Toledo native.  A graduate of the Jesup W. Scott High School, he is a passionate “Scott Bulldog” fan.  After retiring from AP Parts Manufacturing in the early 1980’s he worked for Lucas County Juvenile Court; and in 1993 began  a two year term on Toledo City Council. He worked in several city departments following that term. He has worked in or managed several political campaigns for local candidates, including Toledo’s first Black Mayor, Jack Ford.  He has volunteered in the community his entire adult life but the untimely death of his 34 year old daughter in 1993 due to domestic violence, led to his focus on fighting against domestic violence and advocating for its survivors. He currently is working with the YWCA to promote the “NO More” domestic violence and sexual assault prevention and awareness initiative. Art has served as the treasurer of the Toledo African American Chamber of Commerce since 2011. His was a winner of a 2018 Jefferson Award for his years of volunteerism. He held many leadership roles in Church ministry at the former Toledo St. Mary Catholic Church and is currently on the finance committee at St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church. Art is a board member of the Padua Center, a central city community center.  Art has been married to Ellen for 50 years. He dotes on their large family.
